ORCHESTRA DE STRADĂ A PĂPUȘILOR      

Orchestra de stradă a păpușilor este un experiment sau, mai bine zis, un laborator. Membrii trupei își pun la bătaie toate aptitudinile, de la lucrul cu fier și lemn, hârtie și culoare, la cel cu materiale și arcuri. Din materii prime insuficiente și un spirit de echipă, s-a născut un teatru muzical itinerant, ce uimește adulți și copii deopotrivă. Ca scenă a spectacolelor lor, gândite în principal pentru spații deschise, artiștii au ales străzile și piețele din Europa. Compania este mereu pe drumuri, în spiritul vechii tradiții a muzicienilor și a păpușarilor itineranți aflați într-o perpetuă căutare de noi colțuri de stradă pe care să le anime. Prin cântecele lor, transmit povești despre teme general-umane – iubire, emigrație, pe aranjamente muzicale susținute de artiștii companiei și acompaniate de ritmuri de dans.

Street Puppet Band is an experiment, or rather a laboratory. Members of the group put all their skills to the test, from working with iron and wood, paper and colour, to materials and bows. From a shortage of raw materials and a team spirit, a travelling musical theatre was born that amazes adults and children alike. The artists have chosen the streets and squares of Europe as the stage for their performances, designed mainly for open spaces. The company is always on the road, in the spirit of the old tradition of travelling musicians and puppeteers who are always on the lookout for new street corners to animate. Through their songs, they tell stories about common human experiences such as love or emigration, on musical arrangements performed by the company’s artists and accompanied by dance rhythms.
