Pasărea Măiastră reprezintă puterea magiei inepuizabile aduse la viață prin arta teatrului, mișcării și efectelor speciale. Un spectacol emoționant, surprinzător și impresionant sub toate aspectele, Pasărea Măiastră reprezintă esența zborului și aspirația spre perfecțiune și absolut. Pornind de la filonul mitologic românesc, spectacolul retranscrie povestea fermecatei creaturi mistice într-un altfel de registru, într-un nou ritm, depășind, astfel limitele de vârstă, spațiu și timp.
Povestea celor trei fii de împărat este recreată prin intermediul mișcării scenice, a mecanismelor comice, perfect dozate cu elemente de dans contemporan și artă teatrală ce depășesc granițele și rigorile tradiționale. Drumul inițiatic al mezinului, lupta cu forțele potrivnice, descoperirea dragostei și biruința binelui revelează chintesența poveștii. Iar mesajul este la fel viu și valoros: nevoia de desăvârșire, scânteia unui nou zbor, dragostea care transcende totul, dar și simțul datoriei, al cinstei, bunătății și demnității.
Abordarea regizorală inedită a lui Ștefan Lupu, completată de scenografia Andei Pop, creează un univers complex în care dansul contemporan, teatrul de animație, comicul fuzionează perfect pentru un preaplin de emoție adus spectatorului. Producția se distinge prin fantezia coregrafiei, extravaganța costumelor, originalitatea machiajului, intensitatea artistică și, nu în ultimul rând, prin muzica vibrantă creată de Mihai Dobre și impresionantele efecte speciale de lumini și proiecție realizate de Hybrid Lab.

The Enchanted Bird represents the power of the inexhaustible magic brought to life through the art of theatre, movement and special effects. An emotional show, surprising and impressive on all levels, The Enchanted Bird represents the essence of flying and the aspiration to perfection and absolute. Having as foundation Romanian mythology, the show retells the story of the enchanted mystical creature in a different register, rhythm, surpassing the age, space and time limits.
The story of the emperor’s three sons is recreated through the means of stage movement and usage of the comic, perfectly balanced with elements of contemporary dance and theatrical art which go beyond the traditional boundaries and formalities. The initiation path of the youngest brother, the fight against the enemy, finding love and the triumph of the good are the epitome of the story. The message behind it is just as lively and valuable: the need for completeness and perfection, the spark of a new flight, the love that can transcend everything, but also the feeling of duty, honor, kindness and dignity.
Ștefan Lupu’s unique directorial approach alongside Anda Pop’s scenography create a complex universe in which contemporary dance, animation theatre and the comic are perfectly mixed together, overflowing with emotion that is transmitted to the audience. The production stands out through the imaginative choreography, the extravagance of the costumes, the originality of the makeup, the artistic intensity and last but not least, the vibrant music created by Mihai Dobre and the impressive lighting and projection special effects done by Hybrid Lab.
